Qfindo for organizations
Publish finds as an organization, receive responses, and complete the handover in one clear process.
An organization account separates operational listings from an employee's personal profile and keeps the workflow consistent.
Publish belongings left in shops, food courts, and shared spaces.
Help passengers recover luggage, documents, and personal belongings faster.
Keep reception-desk finds in one account instead of personal profiles.
Return belongings to visitors, students, patients, and employees.
Organization status is built into the existing Qfindo workflow and does not expose unnecessary details too early.
While the subscription is active, the organization can publish as many finds as it needs.
People know they are dealing with an organization rather than a personal account.
Every request remains tied to a specific item and its handover history.
Company details, issued invoices, and payment reporting live in the account.
A simple process
A Qfindo administrator reviews the application. Payment and activation are confirmed separately.
01
Provide company information, business ID, and work contacts.
02
An administrator checks the application. Its status is available in your profile.
03
The invoice and its current status are available in your account.
04
After verifying payment, an administrator activates the organization. You can then publish finds on its behalf.
Public listings display an organization badge. The name, exact address and contact details are disclosed under the contact-access terms. Company details submitted for connection are available to the organization representative and Qfindo administrators.
The organization section extends the regular Qfindo profile and uses the same clear found-item workflow.
Discuss the terms by email or submit an application with your company details. Application status and invoices will be available in your profile.
